qualified to carry out all of the above.
Practice
Manager
Our practice manager, Mrs Julie Shaw, and assistant manager, Tracey Roberts, are responsible for the day-to-day management of the practice and also
co-ordinates the work of the other staff.
She will be pleased to discuss with you any non-medical
problems you may have and is happy to receive any
suggestions for improving the services offered.
Receptionists
Our senior receptionists, Claire Evans and Pat Silk lead
a team of receptionists trained to do a difficult job
well.
The reception team will be your first point of contact
with the practice and they will help you use the
services provided. Sometimes they may need to ask one or
two questions to judge the urgency of your request, but
it is a legal requirement that confidentiality of
patients' records is maintained at the highest level by
all staff. |
