Please ring the surgery after 11am for all test results (bloods/urine/Xray results) Please note no results will be given before this time.

Register as a patient

To register with our practice, please call into surgery and the receptionist will hand you a registration form for completion, please complete together with a note of your repeat medication. You will then need to contact the practice within 48 hours for an appointment for a new patient appointment.
