The practice manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the practice and also coordinates the work of the other staff.

Receptionists:

Our senior receptionist Pat Silk leads a team of receptionists trained to do a difficult job well
The reception team will be your first point of contact with the practice and they will help you use the services provided. They will need to ask one or two questions to judge the urgency of your request, but it is a legal requirement that confidentiality of patients' records is maintained at the highest level by all staff.
