Access

The health centre has access for both wheelchairs and pushchairs. There is onsite parking.

Phlebotomy News

Phlebotomy (blood test taking) services have now been moved from Central Path Lab at North Staffs Hospital to Community Clinics. These are located at Bradwell Hospital, Meir Primary Care Centre and Cobrdge Community Health Centre. They will be open for walk-in service from 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

PPG

We are looking for patients to join our current group who are part of the practice patient participation group. We need a broad range of backgrounds/types of patients so if your interested get in touch either via the online form or asking at reception. If you would simply like to know more about it then please ask.

SMS service

We have set up a system where we can send appointment confirmation, reminders and test results via SMS/text messaging. If this interests you p lease can you then update your telephone including mobile numbers with the receptionist.

DNA's

We are getting quite a few appointments where patients are not attending and not informing the practice. This is waste of appointments that could have been given to other patients and is not acceptable. Please can we remind you to make sure you inform the practice if you are unable to attend your appointment.
